Regus Lawsuit Claims Long-Time Scheme To Defraud Customers By Offering Fake Discounts
A Ph.D. student in San Jose, California sued Regus in small claims court this month, alleging in part that Regus fraudulently induced him to sign a 6-month office agreement by offering him a fake discount--a sales practice he alleged to have been part of a long-time, global scheme by Regus to make its offerings look more attractive to prospective tenants than those offerings actually are.
